Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or proposal provided to you. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination
